The study

Observational Research:
The Libertas Clinical Project

The Libertas observational clinical project followed people receiving individualized integrative care for Lyme disease and related co-infections. Eight participants were assessed at baseline and again after three to six months during 2025 and 2026. The project brought together laboratory testing, inflammatory markers, and QEST4 energetic assessments to document how each person changed over time.

Study design

Study timeline

  1. 01BaselineInitial assessment
  2. 023 to 6 monthsIndividualized integrative care
  3. 03Follow-upRepeat assessment

Assessments looked at infection-related findings, overall energetic response patterns, and inflammatory activity. Comparing baseline and follow-up records gave a fuller picture of each participant’s progress during the care program.

What was measured

Three areas of assessment

  1. 01Laboratory testing
  2. 02Inflammatory markers
  3. 03QEST4 assessment

Each reviewed and interpreted separately.

Findings

What We Observed

The project summary reports measurable improvement for every participant, with individual patterns of progress across the assessment categories. Several accompanying blood reports also documented favorable changes in previously abnormal glucose readings, which moved toward or into the laboratory reference range. Results varied by participant and measurement.

Parallel project

A Parallel Project

Yve Evans, RN, ND, of The Health Track PMA, ran a separate observational project of similar design with eight participants. Her project followed participants over time using participant experiences, laboratory testing, and QEST4 energetic assessments, with laboratory findings and energetic patterns interpreted separately. Her summary reports favorable improvements for every participant.

Context

Why We Present It This Way

FDA rules place strict limits on disease-related claims used to market dietary supplements, including website statements and research references that imply a product treats or prevents disease. For that reason, we share these observations within their research context.

These observations offer a starting point for further investigation and show the value of tracking individual results over time. Laboratory findings and QEST4 energetic assessments require separate interpretation, and the findings describe changes during a broader, individualized care program.

For Practitioners

We welcome practitioners interested in developing an observational project within their own practice. Practitioners can document baseline and follow-up observations using QEST4 assessments, along with laboratory testing when clinically appropriate. Our team would be glad to support project planning.
